Light weight, hard case, plenty power.
Cells are balanced right out of the box during the initial charge. Ran three times so far for close to an hour of consistent use on a 1/10 scale 2wd truck with a 12t brushed motor.

Goldbat 2s 6200mah 80c
This is the fifth Goldbat battery I have purchased. I can't say enough good things about them. All the wiring is heavy duty and has extra protection on it. It has a really nice reinforced balance plug, giving something substantial to hold on to when plugging it into the charger. I really like that they shrink wrap over the hard case. The way that they routed the wiring out of the case allows the battery to fit in tight battery trays, as seen on my Redcat Blackout here. The high mAh and C rating will give you long run times and high burst rates. Gems in disguise
There are a few ways to separate good lipos from cheap ones. The easiest of these is to measure the internal resistance. Bad numbers on new batteries, in my perspective - 12 ohms or higher. I have several of these batteries and have gotten them to rate at around 1.5. A long term approach is to see how resistant to swelling they are, and after a year of use my batteries are still perfectly square. This being said, quality-wise I can compare them to Pulses, which are top of the line. However these batteries are sold for a fraction of the price. Let me present an example: A Pulse 6S 3300 mAH 35C sells for around $90 Two Goldbat 3S 3000 mAH 30C sell for $35, which you can use to build one 6S 3000 mAH (see picture-a 6S conversion with about 30 flights still running strong and perfectly ... Awesome batteries!!
I HIGHLY recommend these batteries. I have bought 8 of these batteries now and I have zero complaints. They were perfectly balanced right out of the box and the cells are still within 0.1 volt of eachother after 50+ runs. I run my cars pretty hard and these have taken every bit of abuse. You won’t be disappointed!!

Great battery
Great battery, not just for the price but in general. Runtime is excellent, I'm using them for my crawlers. I would/will not hesitate to buy more Gold Racing batteries in the future. Oh, and both the batteries I bought came with nice battery straps, a nice unexpected bonus.
