The item had poor shipping packaging. there was no shock protection. Also the display was not properly bonded to circuit card. as a result. Shiping handling shock, severely dislocated the display under the Plexiglas. the unit had to be opened and repaired. Since, I don't have time to do a return and replacement that would take weeks. even if I did replace it, it is likely the replacement would have come with the same bad packaging and non bonded display.

This product came fully assembled the LCD came dislodged during shipping and the test loop was not soldered in to place. I cut a piece of wire and soldered in the loop. Adjusted the screen and it appears to be working however the signal at rest is pretty noisy. I may try a different power supply and see if that helps. I would order again from this seller.

Item worked just fine, but craftsmanship was shoddy. The screen was completely lopsided so the case had to be disassembled to reseat it. Listing is also somewhat misleading as it seems to indicate a power supply is included, but that is not the case.
